HDAC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,925 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDP1, SLFN5, and TRIM22. Each is linked with HDAC9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC9-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDAC9 versus PDP1 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
