Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,874 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transmission of nerve impulse, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HCRT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRT-to-partner and partner-to-HCRT results are reported.
