HCRT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P2, OR5AK2, and SSXP1. Each is linked with HCRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRT-to-partner and partner-to-HCRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P2 grouped by HCRT-low versus HCRT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
