HCRT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,174 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-5, ECE2, and LEUTX. Each is linked with HCRT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRT-to-partner and partner-to-HCRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCRT versus KRTAP5-5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
