HCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC3L, PRAMEF10, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with HCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN2-to-partner and partner-to-HCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHDC3L grouped by HCN2-low versus HCN2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
