HCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,984 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP10, CXXC4, and SATB1. Each is linked with HCN1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCN1 versus DPP10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
