HCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,700 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBSN, PRKAR2B, and AP2B1. Each is linked with HCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCN1 versus RBSN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
