Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with HCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCN1 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
