Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Cyclin-E2, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with HCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HCN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HCN1-low versus HCN1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
