HCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HACD3, SAMM50, and BUB3. Each is linked with HCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HACD3 grouped by HCN1-low versus HCN1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
