HCFC1R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC1R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC1R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01519, NFYAP1, and RNA5SP73. Each is linked with HCFC1R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC1R1-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01519 grouped by HCFC1R1-low versus HCFC1R1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC1R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC1R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
