HBZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5582, TRAJ28, and RPS3AP33. Each is linked with HBZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBZ-to-partner and partner-to-HBZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5582 grouped by HBZ-low versus HBZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
