Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HAUS4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HAUS4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher HAUS4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HAUS4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, CHOL, and MESO are the cancer types where HAUS4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
