HAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, RAD54L, and FANCG. Each is linked with HAS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS2-to-partner and partner-to-HAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf46 grouped by HAS2-low versus HAS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
