Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,894 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBP, MRPS27, and METTL21A. Each is linked with HAS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS1 versus C1QBP in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
