Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAPLN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,369 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein folding, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with HAPLN3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN3-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN3 results are reported.
