HAPLN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAPLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R26P4, RN7SL248P, and MIR3661. Each is linked with HAPLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN2-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R26P4 grouped by HAPLN2-low versus HAPLN2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
