HAND2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAND2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,133 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, CCDC134, and TIMP3. Each is linked with HAND2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAND2-to-partner and partner-to-HAND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAND2 versus PLA2G3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
