HAND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS17P5, MIR8064, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with HAND2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAND2-to-partner and partner-to-HAND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS17P5 grouped by HAND2-low versus HAND2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
