HAND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAND2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,109 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH6, PRRC2B, and EXT1. Each is linked with HAND2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAND2-to-partner and partner-to-HAND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH6 grouped by HAND2-low versus HAND2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
