HAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EI24P4, TPRKBP1, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with HAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAMP-to-partner and partner-to-HAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EI24P4 grouped by HAMP-low versus HAMP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
