HAGHL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAGHL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAGHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP45, RPL36AP35, and OR5AO1P. Each is linked with HAGHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGHL-to-partner and partner-to-HAGHL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP45 grouped by HAGHL-low versus HAGHL-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAGHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAGHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
