Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAGH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,836 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, ASPA, and CASQ2. Each is linked with HAGH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGH-to-partner and partner-to-HAGH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAGH versus SYNPO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAGH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAGH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
