Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAGH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P26, BNIP3P4, and HNRNPMP2. Each is linked with HAGH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGH-to-partner and partner-to-HAGH results are reported.
