Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAGH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H2, CCDC182, and MMP26. Each is linked with HAGH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGH-to-partner and partner-to-HAGH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H2 grouped by HAGH-low versus HAGH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAGH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAGH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
