Across TCGA patient cohorts, HADHBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADHBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amino acid activation, Regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with HADHBP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HADHBP1 results are reported.
