Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HADHBP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HADHBP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher HADHBP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HADHBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and UCS show a favorable association.
KICH, THCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where HADHBP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
