HACE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2Q1P, MIR648, and RNA5SP65. Each is linked with HACE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACE1-to-partner and partner-to-HACE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2Q1P grouped by HACE1-low versus HACE1-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
