H4C12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,967 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C12-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3C10, H2BC15, and H2BC7. Each is linked with H4C12 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C12-to-partner and partner-to-H4C12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H4C12 versus H3C10 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C12→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
