H4C12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHAF1B_S410, CLSPN_S1289, and TPX2_T369. Each is linked with H4C12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C12-to-partner and partner-to-H4C12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H4C12 versus CHAF1B_S410 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C12→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
