Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H4C12-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2KP2, MIR586, and RNA5SP421. Each is linked with H4C12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C12-to-partner and partner-to-H4C12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR2KP2 grouped by H4C12-low versus H4C12-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C12→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
