H4-16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4-16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4-16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L1, SFPQP1, and TRAPPC2P7. Each is linked with H4-16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4-16-to-partner and partner-to-H4-16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4-16→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4-16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
