H3P36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,277 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P36-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1A1P4, BZW1P2, and SRP9P1. Each is linked with H3P36 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P36-to-partner and partner-to-H3P36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P36 versus EEF1A1P4 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P36→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
