H3P36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,088 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf35, DHX9, and SRA1. Each is linked with H3P36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P36-to-partner and partner-to-H3P36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P36 versus C1orf35 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P36→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
