Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,404 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Inner mitochondrial membrane organization, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to oxidative stress, and Negative regulation of nervous system development. Each is linked with H3P18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P18-to-partner and partner-to-H3P18 results are reported.
