Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H3P18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H3P18 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher H3P18 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H3P18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

BLCA, UVM, and CESC are the cancer types where H3P18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
