H3P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,130 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSPYL5, SRRT_T544, and TUT7_S132. Each is linked with H3P13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P13-to-partner and partner-to-H3P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P13 versus TSPYL5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
