Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,922 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3C7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with H3C7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C7-to-partner and partner-to-H3C7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by H3C7-low versus H3C7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
