H3C6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MIR4667, and MIR519D. Each is linked with H3C6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C6-to-partner and partner-to-H3C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by H3C6-low versus H3C6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
