H3C5P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,627 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C5P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, Protein localization to chromatin, and Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region. Each is linked with H3C5P in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C5P-to-partner and partner-to-H3C5P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin grouped by H3C5P-low versus H3C5P-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
