H3-4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3-4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,087 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3-4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, SDE2, and DIDO1. Each is linked with H3-4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3-4-to-partner and partner-to-H3-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3-4 versus RPRD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
