H3-4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3-4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-906P, TRAJ19, and NPIPA2. Each is linked with H3-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3-4-to-partner and partner-to-H3-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-906P grouped by H3-4-low versus H3-4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
