Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3-3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3-3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, PCGF6, and PCBD1. Each is linked with H3-3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3-3B-to-partner and partner-to-H3-3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by H3-3B-low versus H3-3B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3-3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3-3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
