Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3-3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,577 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3-3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, and Nuclear envelope organization. Each is linked with H3-3B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3-3B-to-partner and partner-to-H3-3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cell cycle process grouped by H3-3B-low versus H3-3B-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
