Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3-3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3-3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN, OR5P3, and FAM47A. Each is linked with H3-3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3-3B-to-partner and partner-to-H3-3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPPIN grouped by H3-3B-low versus H3-3B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
