Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BW2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 670 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BW2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Cytoplasmic translational initiation. Each is linked with H2BW2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BW2-to-partner and partner-to-H2BW2 results are reported.
