H2BU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP5_S497, NOLC1_S538, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with H2BU1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BU1-to-partner and partner-to-H2BU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
