H2BU1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,312 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX4, ZMAT2, and BICD1. Each is linked with H2BU1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BU1-to-partner and partner-to-H2BU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
