H2BS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,775 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPX2, KIF22, and ATXN2L. Each is linked with H2BS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BS1-to-partner and partner-to-H2BS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2BS1 versus TPX2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
