H2BC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,794 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, UBTF_S484, and TOP2A_S1374. Each is linked with H2BC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC7-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2BC7 versus PRIM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
